By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. General Terms
- By booking a session with [Your Business Name], you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Our service provides guidance on wallet setup, deposits/withdrawals, P2P safety, and scam awareness. We do not provide financial advice, asset management, or trading recommendations.
- All sessions are conducted via live video calls with screen sharing, and we never ask for passwords, OTPs, private keys, or other sensitive data.
2. Booking & Payment
- Sessions must be prepaid at the time of booking.
- Each session is 15 minutes long and costs $20 per session.
- If the session exceeds the booked time by more than 5 minutes, the user will be required to book an additional session. To make the most of your time and investment, we recommend keeping the session focused—ask clear, concise questions and avoid unnecessary discussions, greetings, or unrelated stories.
- Payment is processed securely via our payment partners.
3. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
- Customers can reschedule their session once if they request it at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.
- No-shows or missed sessions are non-refundable. If the customer does not join the session at the scheduled time, the payment will not be refunded.
- If we (the service provider) have to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an option to reschedule.
4. Refund Policy
- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the service due to technical or scheduling issues on our end.
- Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with the guidance, as our service is based on general crypto guidance, not financial advice.
5. Code of Conduct
- Customers must join on time and maintain respectful communication during the session.
- Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating our terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any financial losses, security breaches, or mismanagement of funds resulting from actions taken by the user based on our guidance.
- Users are responsible for their own decisions and security measures when using crypto platforms.
7. Privacy & Security
- We do not collect or store sensitive financial data.
- Calls may be recorded for quality and dispute resolution purposes, but personal information remains confidential.
8. No Access Requests – Your Security is Our Priority
- We never ask for your passwords, OTPs, private keys, passcodes, or account access under any circumstances.
- If an agent asks for such details, do not share and immediately end the session.
- Report any suspicious requests to [email protected] immediately.
9. Keep Your Confidential Details Private
- Never share confidential details (such as wallet seed phrases, security codes, or banking details) with our agents or anyone else.
- We will never request access to your account or funds.
10. Live Video Calls & Privacy
- All video calls are recorded for quality control and dispute resolution.
- If you need to enter confidential information (such as passwords or OTPs), pause or stop video sharing during that part of the session.
- We are not responsible for any loss caused by sharing sensitive details on-screen.
11. Scam Awareness & Customer Responsibility
We are not liable for losses resulting from phishing scams, fraudulent P2P transactions, or poor security practices outside of our guidance.
Our goal is to educate and protect you from crypto scams. However, it is your responsibility to follow security best practices.
13. No Financial or Investment Advice
- We do not provide investment, financial, or trading advice.
- Our service is purely educational, focusing on setting up wallets, deposits/withdrawals, P2P security, and scam prevention.
- Any financial decisions you make are your sole responsibility. CrypVA holds no liability for gains, losses, or trading decisions made based on our sessions.
14. No Liability for Losses
- We are an educational service and do not guarantee any profits or prevent all risks.
- CrypVA is not responsible for any loss of funds due to mistakes, scams, platform issues, security breaches, or personal negligence.
15. Session Recordings & Disputes
- All sessions may be recorded for quality control and fraud prevention.
- Recordings will not be shared publicly but may be used internally for dispute resolution.
- If a dispute arises regarding session content, CrypVA’s decision based on available records will be final and binding.
17. Session Extensions & Billing
Each session lasts 15 minutes. If the session exceeds the allotted time by more than 5 minutes, it will be billed as a new session, requiring you to book an additional session through our services page.
Please note that your next session may be handled by a different assistant due to prior bookings. To ensure continuity, clearly state your query when booking the additional session so the assistant can address your concerns efficiently.
18. Third-Party Platform Risks
- We guide you on crypto platforms, wallets, and exchanges, but we do not own or control them.
- CrypVA is not responsible for technical failures, account restrictions, or losses caused by third-party platforms.
19. User Responsibility & Compliance
- You must follow all legal regulations related to cryptocurrency in your country.
- CrypVA is not responsible for any legal actions taken against you for violating local crypto laws.
